(Grade 10 completers under the following Social Equity Groups (SEG) except Alternative Learning System (ALS)):
  1. Poor or near poor based on the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS).
  2. Beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
  3. Learners residing in Geographically Isolated, Disadvantaged, and Conflict-Affected Areas (GIDCAs).
  4. Learners from Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities.
  5. Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
  6. Learners with special needs.
(Grade 10 completers from public JHSs except those in ALS, from poor to middle-middle income households.)
(Grade 10 passer of the ALS Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test or Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT), from poor to middle-middle income households. )
(Grade 10 ESC grantees)
